EVENT DAY COORDINATION
(Master of Ceremony)
This service starts two months before the Wedding day and it consists of:
- A personalized interview to talk about all the services you have still contracted.
- Creation of a complete time chart for the Wedding day.
- Emergency Kit.
- Phone calls and meetings with each of the contracted suppliers.
The day:
- We will attend the event during all the day, until the bride and groom’s first dance.
- We’ll check and supervise every supplier work.
- We will oversee the arrangement of the ornaments and decorative elements (Flowers, Table Boards, Sitting Plan, Menu Sheet, Gifts, etc)
- Coordination with the place of celebration in order to have a perfect event.
- Time compliance.
